Al Masa Hotel Nasr City, Cairo

My stay at Al Masa Hotel was largely fantastic, with beautiful architecture and a lovely atmosphere. The staff, however, could be hit or miss; while some were excellent, like the receptionist Noha, a few weren't very helpful or attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the amenities, but there's definitely room for improvement in service consistency.

During my stay at Al Masa Hotel, I was truly impressed by the beautiful architecture and the luxurious ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly Ms. Salwa Salah, who made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did face some issues with the reservation process that dampened the experience slightly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I felt well taken care of during my time there.
