My stay at Al Masa Hotel was largely fantastic, with beautiful architecture and a lovely atmosphere. The staff, however, could be hit or miss; while some were excellent, like the receptionist Noha, a few weren't very helpful or attentive. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and appreciated the amenities, but there's definitely room for improvement in service consistency.

My mini suite was beautiful and clean, featuring a balcony with a stunning view. However, some rooms in our group had issues, like wet floors and missing towels.
Service
7.0
Most staff were friendly, especially Noha at reception, but at times, I felt the service could be more attentive and informative.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful views and the hotel had its own unique charm. It felt luxurious and safe.
Dining
7.0
I enjoyed breakfast at Aqua Marine, which offered a variety of options, but dining beyond that was just okay compared to what I'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts great facilities like a large pool and spa area, but sometimes I felt the staff didn’t communicate all that was available.

During my stay at Al Masa Hotel, I was truly impressed by the beautiful architecture and the luxurious ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful, particularly Ms. Salwa Salah, who made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did face some issues with the reservation process that dampened the experience slightly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I felt well taken care of during my time there.

Breakfast at Algawhara was enjoyable, with a good variety of delicious options. I appreciated how the staff ensured everything was safe during dining, which was reassuring.

The hotel offers a range of facilities like room service, laundry, and airport shuttle. However, I noticed some minor issues with the pool not being very inviting, which was disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at Al Masa Hotel, where the architectural design and overall atmosphere made me feel like I was in a grand palace. The staff were generally attentive and welcoming, especially at Aqua Marine for breakfast, although I did encounter a few service hiccups at the reception. The location, while not near the main attractions, was convenient for getting around with easy access to Uber.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a beautiful mini suite that had a charming balcony view. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard, though some areas showed signs of wear and maintenance was needed for certain fixtures.
Service
7.0
While most staff members were friendly and responsive, there were moments of poor service, particularly at reception, where I felt ignored.
Location
6.0
The hotel is not near the tourist hotspots, which can be a downside, but Uber made getting around quite easy. It felt secure and offered a pleasant neighborhood vibe.
Dining
9.0
The breakfast at Aqua Marine was good, with plenty of variety. I also enjoyed the Pergola Café, which served great food throughout the day.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were enjoyable, with options like the swimming pool and gym; however, some areas could use better maintenance to reflect the hotel’s luxury status.

My stay at Al Masa Hotel was nice for the friendly staff and beautiful grounds. However, I experienced issues with room quality and service speed. While the third room was satisfactory, my initial experiences were disappointing.

Rooms
6.0
The first two rooms were subpar, feeling more like a 2-star hotel with cleanliness issues. The third room was renovated and better, but some areas still showed age.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly, and I appreciated Ahmed at the entrance and Sulomon, the cart driver, who were particularly attentive. Though, some staff interactions felt distant.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently situated, making it easy to access attractions in Cairo. Still, the noise from events could be disruptive.
Dining

Dining at Morgana, the seafood restaurant, was a highlight with delicious food. However, the breakfast experience could have been better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel offers extensive facilities, including a lovely pool and access to entertainment. Yet, maintenance of some amenities needs improvement.

My stay at Al Masa Hotel in Nasr City was a mixed experience. The hotel has stunning architecture and a decent selection of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. However, the service at reception was inconsistent, and room cleanliness could have been improved. Overall, I enjoyed the delicious food, especially at El Khedewy restaurant, but some aspects of my stay left room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in had a beautiful view, thanks to the staff, especially Menna from reception. However, the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par, and I found some peeling paint. Overall, I would rate the rooms as good but needing attention.
Service
5.0
While some staff were friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant, I found the front desk staff could be more responsive. My experience with room service was particularly frustrating due to long wait times and unhelpful responses.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was somewhat convenient, situated near the Cairo Convention Center and surrounded by greenery. However, it sometimes felt crowded, and the hotel itself had a military presence that made it feel a bit uneasy.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the hotel was a highlight. El Khedewy offered fantastic Egyptian food that was well-prepared and flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the variety of drinks, including fresh juices. The overall dining experience was very good.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities included a beautiful spa, a fantastic swimming pool, and multiple restaurants, which kept me entertained. However, amenities like room service could use better efficiency and quality control.
